Dear Tanglewood Vacation Villa Owner,
We are dedicated to making sure you feel you have made a wise choice in becoming a member of Tanglewood Vacation Villas. There are a number of programs and people in place to ensure your satisfaction. I have sent this letter to discuss with you one of those programs and an opportunity that has been re-instated recently that you may take part of.
As you know, each year we collect a maintenance fee to maintain your property, pay taxes, cover insurance, and for many other day-to-day expenses involved in operating our resort. We use the maintenance fee as judiciously as possible so that each time you or an Interval International guest checks-in, your unit and amenities are clean and ready to use. Earlier this year, we were recognized by Interval International by being given the highest ranking in their new resort recognition program because of the positive feedback from exchange guests regarding their stay here at Tanglewood. In other words, it is our maintenance of the facility that is working for you too.
I have been brought to Tanglewood to work with owners and guests each week to be a representative for their needs during the week they are here so these positive evaluations continue. But I also have time to meet with owners should they want to increase their vacation time or take advantage of our new “Tanglewood Owner Referral Program”. It is also a way to help offset the cost of your maintenance fee.
There are 3 ways to use the “Tanglewood Owner Referral Program”. They are:
Ø Your referral may purchase a 3 Day/2 Night All-Inclusive Mini-Vacation for $149 for use anytime of year. You receive a $50 Referral Fee for this package.
Ø You and your referral may purchase a 3 Day/2 Night All-Inclusive Mini-Vacation for $199. This package allows you to join them on their vacation to the resort.
Ø Your referral may come up for the afternoon and attend a presentation. You receive a $50 Referral Fee for this option also.
If you have someone in mind that you think would benefit from vacation ownership, don’t hesitate to refer them here. I assure you it will be a “no-pressure” presentation. There are some details of participation that will apply, so feel free to call me to discuss them.
It is important to say that things are really going well here at Tanglewood. The new ranking, the lake re-opening and just the overall beauty of the resort make for a great vacation atmosphere. It is worth sharing with others.
